It’s looking like it’s going to be a rainy day today and there also seems to be something going around- a cold, the flu- I’m trying my best to drink lots of water and not get sick but it seems like it’s all catching up with me. This weekend I was feeling a little under the weather and as you know mornings and nighttime is always the worst when you’re not feeling well. My eyes have that itchy/watery sensation when you start to come down with a cold and it made me realize how happy I am not to have glasses or contacts. Now after lasik I am able to see on my own and if I was still wearing contacts I wouldn’t be able to wear them on a day like this because my eyes would itch and sting from the cold symptoms and also, if I then had to put on my glasses it would be a headache having to clean them constantly from my eyes tearing up, etc. Lasik has truly been a lifesaver and there are so many little things that have been changed for the better from lasik!
