Another cold and chilly day here in Houston that’s for sure! I hope everyone is staying dry and warm!
As I was getting ready for work this morning I was thinking about how great it is to be able to see in the shower. Before lasik I would get out of bed blind reach for my glasses and then have to take them off again before I took my morning shower. Well now that has all changed! With lasik I get out of bed and I can see and then I take my shower and I can see there too! It used to be so irritating and just something I had to deal with, but not being able to see in the shower can be quite difficult for a female! Sometimes it causes you to get soap in your eyes, etc etc. And just think about shaving your legs not being able to see! Now due to lasik all of those problems have gone away! I don’t have any more excuses not to shave my legs now though!
I am looking forward to my appointment this coming Monday with Mann Eye to see how my eyes are doing a week or so after the lasik procedure. I like to hear what they have to say! I’ll keep you posted on my recovery but for now all is going well and I am still putting eye drops in every day to help the healing process. Your eyes will love the drops! It helps soothe them and the added moisture is wonderful!
